1996 National Community Service Commemorative Coin & Stamp Set Proof Rim Damage

Includes the stamp and 90% silver dollar proof coin. Hazing to the coin which is not uncommon for coins of this period and some toning. Probably a mid grade cameo proof. The only thing the coin really has going for it is a die issue at the bottom of the figure at the edge. Minor, but present on the rim a indentation that shouldn't be there. On a proof coin, something like this should have never made it out of the mint, priced accordingly and happy to consider offers.
