A throwback to the 1980s describe The Message: Chichi Wizard is a cartoon character created by artist Vaughn Bode, who appeared in various works from 1967 until Bode's death in 1975, including National Lampooning. Although, according to Bode, the character was created in 1957, Chichi did not see him appear until 1967 in various publications produced by the counterculture that developed around the Syracuse University campus. The wizard was wearing a very large yellow wizard hat, and his legs 2024 were visible from below in red tights. His appearance and species have never been revealed.
