Still 2024 Life with Bottles

2024 This was a project in my Objective Drawing class at National Art School. I love drawing objects from life, and these bottles were especially enjoyable - trying to capture the light reflected on the edges of the glass with white conte.

They remind me of a story my dad told me about the bottles he found while excavating a building site in Byron many years ago - the site where The Balcony restaurant now resides. We still have those bottles on display in our house.
