Product code: Duality linocut by Cynthia Cratsley 2024
Based on ancient Mexican Tlaltilco sculptures, this linocut represents duality.
I think there are many different interpretations of the work. I created the image based on an experience with a person I knew well. He would say the sweetest things one week, but cutting and viscous words the 2024 next.
The image is from an edition of twenty-two and is printed with black ink on pale brown paper. The image size is 10” x 18”.
