Pen Description
This rollerball pen contains Made in USA stainless steel components and comes with a high quality Schmidt ceramic cartridge for superior writing quality. The cartridge is replaceable at any office supply store. The cap is "snap on", as opposed to being threaded, and is non-postable, i.e. it does not post on the back of the pen while the pen is in use.

Material
Wood Burl and Pink Acrylic - The wood burl is cast in acrylic resin and then cut into a pen blank ready to be shaped on the lathe.

Method
Turned on my lathe and shaped using a variety of hand-held gouges, each pen is painstakingly crafted to ensure a beautiful feel and finish. After the pieces are sanded, four coats of a high quality wood turners' finish are applied. Finally, the forth coat of finish is polished to a high luster using a series of micromesh sanding pads with the final pad being 12,000 grit.
