This absolutely works I just upgraded to a new one. It has a couple minor flaws that don't effect operation at all, they are purely cosmetic and in places you cant see. Has a fairly new blade 2024 and was kept in the box while not in use. Has one small spot from from a marker down in the side compartment (see pic) and two of the rubber pads are off the bottom back. I put felt pads on the bottom to prevent scratching on my table and when I took them off the runner came off with it. They were in the trash before I noticed. Will come in an appropriate sized amd packaged box.
