Landscape Cabin Painting Original 2024 Art Snow Mountains Iceberg Winter Gift

This original cabin landscape painting of a snowy mountain scene on canvas board depicts two small Greenland cabins. 'Cabin Love shows two cabins nestled close together, partners against the worst of the winter weather, waiting for the snow to melt and spring to come while icebergs silently float past. To create this piece I used a knife to add layers of paint to give depth and texture to the mountainous rocky areas, before using a knife for the cabins and finer details, adding layer upon layer of white to give saturation of colour to the icebergs. I never tire of these kinds of scenes and this chilly, serene piece would look perfect in any area of the home.

This painting is initialled on the front, signed titled and dated on the back, with a coat of protective varnish, ready to pop into a frame of your choice to match your own decor. It comes wrapped in acid free tissue paper, prettily and safely packaged.
