It has a laid in hand written note reading "For happiness we look beyond ourselves, 2024 and yet the source of happiness is within us. It is the gift of God. It dwells in us most abundantly in that spirit of loving interest in the people, the creatures and living things about us that makes us content with life and glad to share in its hopes and opportunities. - Benj S Parker January 20th, 1909" Overall in very good condition, some wear to the writing on the cover, clean inside.
