It has a soft, cotton feel to it, but is made with foam, so the outer areas have a bit more structure. The outer fabric is high quality Dear Stella fabric's "Pour Some Sugar on Me" line, and has been treated with watershield to help protect it from elements, but it is made of cloth so care should be taken when using this bag.
This wallet can accommodate so much! It has an wristlet strap that is approximately 7" long. It holds up to 8 credit cards, and has a larger flap to put cash, cellphone, receipts, etc. Both sides have a small zippered pockets.
