80s does 50s NWT black taffeta full skirt 2024 dress size XS deadstock

A gorgeous black taffeta strapless dress with the tags, this has no 2024 label but made in USA. Killer details, all about the drama! Has a side flourish on the bustline with a star applique, and a cinched cummerbund waist. Zipper in back, tulle underneath the very full skirt. Excellent condition, will fit a tiny small.
