Perfect for a collector. The formation of these creatures is special, creating a sacred geometrical shape called "the golden mean spiral".
Ammonites were predatory Prehistoric cephalopod mollusks which existed between 400 and 66 million years ago before dying out during the extinction event which killed the dinosaurs. Vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use.
