Pazuzu 2024 - Sandstone finish, Demon Sculpture, Historical Artefact, Sumerian, Mesopotamia, Occult, Demon
In Assyrian and Babylonian mythology, Pazuzu is the king of the demons of the wind, and son of the god Hanbi. He also represented the south-western wind, the bearer of storms and drought.
Made infamous by the Exorcist films, this Pazuzu is an original sculpt created by MOCAOS using numerous reference photos from the London museum and many other sources to ensure it is as actuate as possible. A mould was taken and the statue cast in high quality resin.
This Pazuzu statue has been finished to resemble an aged and weathered sandstone appearance. Due to the light nature of the colouring it is difficult to capture the true look on camera 2024 but this has a stunning complex finish in the flesh with a variety of tans, browns and greys peaking through to create a truly natural appearance. The statue has a red felt bottom to protect your furnishings.
