This book measures 7 3/4 x 5 3/8 inches.

The dust jacket has a few small tears. please review the pictures.

The bottom corners of the book is slightly bent.

The spine is in good conditions and so are the pages with no tears or writing. The very top has a 2024 blue discoloration please look at the pictures.
