Halloween Victorian House from Department 56 Snow Village Halloween. 2024 Comes in original packaging. Sleeve has some wear. Overall the building is in nice shape. Has some small chipping on the bottom edge (photo 8) and a little styrofoam is stuck to the bats in the tree (photo 5). It also has the adapter to get rid of the anywhere lighting and convert to a bulb. Unfortunately there appears to be some corrosion in the battery compartment, and I could not get it to work. Might be able to wipe some rubbing alcohol in there to get it to work. This is still a fairly hard piece to find.
