This fabulous little piece definitely has a taste of the Orient about it. In the Art Deco period people were intrigued by 2024 designs coming from the Orient and Eqypt, which means that these designs made their way into everyday life. The prongs on this comb look like they are meant to be carved cinnabar or deep coral, they are in fact celluloid. The silver tone disc has a highly decorative pierced design. So unusual. Measures 9x5.2cm
