Cast Iron Square Pan ~ Footed with 2024 Embossed Fish Japanese Skillet Serving Dish Mid-Century Modern

This Japanese footed cast-iron dish is decorated with an embossed stylized fish design.
I am not sure how this was 2024 meant to be used.
There are steel chrome rings on the handles for either hanging or ease in handling when hot.
Also could function as a decorative object. It is in like-new condition and has a modern design.
