I painted this piece outdoors on Depot Hill in Capitola. There was a storm approaching casting a moody atmosphere in the morning sky.
I painted in the sun which looked more like the moon in the evening so I went with it concluding my painting wanted to be a night scene.

This Giclee reproduction is professionally printed using archival inks on heavy weight fine art 320 GSM Elegance Velvet paper or on gallery wrapped Stretched Canvas. The canvas is wrapped onto Premium quality wooden stretcher bars and is is wired in the back. A protective UV coating is applied to the surface of the canvas giclee to protect it from scratches.
The giclee print on paper is packaged with a white backing board in a protective clear cellophane sleeve for a lovely presentation. Museum quality archival inks and materials.
Watermark does not appear on the giclee print.
The reproduction is truly beautiful!
The sides of the canvas are a solid grey color that compliments the painting.
