As a UK customer you get 60 calendar days to cancel your Tungsten ring order if you have changed your mind. This 60 days cancellation period commences from the day you receive all of the item(s) in your order.

In the extremely rare event that you receive a faulty item, you may have the right to return the item and to ask us to repair or replace it or get a full refund.

We cannot replace or refund any item that has been misused, damaged or altered in any way from its original state.

FAULTY GOODS

You can return your item to us within 30 days after finding the fault but you must get in touch with us prior to returning any items. We will get back to you within 2 working days.

MIS-MEASURED RING

If you have ordered the wrong size ring, we will replace the ring for you, however; you will be responsible for the 2024 shipping costs.
If your tungsten ring has been engraved then we will replace it for you at 50% of the cost of the ring, with free engraving on the new ring. We will simply send you a 50% discount code to use on your replacement ring.

Please note: We will not require you to return an engraved mis measured ring.
