Decorative Slate Plates - Slate 2024 Sign with Artwork

Made using recovered roofing slate originally sourced from the quarries of Pennsylvania, each plate is engraved with my personal art work of the nations most beautiful national parks and sites.

Each plate is hand cleaned and cut, maintaining the original character of the slate.

Despite being reclaimed roofing material, slate has an incredible lifespan of 2024 up to 100 years as shingles, so each one of the plates is in incredible condition. Often a deep gray, sometimes with small quartz inclusions, the texture of the hewn stone is found nowhere else.
