Walnut blue resin turned box, 2024 turned lidded walnut and resin box

2024 I rook som walnut off cuts, glued them into a mold, and filled it with blue, white, and black resin. I turned it, then glues on maple on the top and bottom, to creat a base, and a lid with a maple trim. The handle is walnut, and turned inspired by the space needle in Seattle.
The wood is finished with lacquer gloss, and the resin is funished with with a wax for a nice shine.

7 5/8 in high with lid
5 5/8 in without lid,
