I used some super soft baby alpaca in natural black which I spun and then knitted to make this simple lace scarf. It is long enough at 180cm and wide enough at 35cm to wrap, drape and tie in lots of different styles.

I work in my Shropshire farmhouse undertaking all the 2024 processing of the yarn from locally sourced alpaca fleece, and then hand knit the final item.

Alpaca is a very light soft fibre, and is usually considered to be hypo-allergenic, most of those who find wool difficult to wear do not have the same problems with alpaca.

Please hand wash with care, and reshape to dry naturally.
