Yankee is one of the sailing ships in the Boy Scouts Sea Base Fleet located in the Florida Keys. My son, an Eagle Scout, worked on the vessel teaching scuba and more. My wife and I met him when he had a layover at Key West. We saw them off at the end of their layover. Another painting in this series is Yankee Summer.
