White Howlite is an extremely calming and soothing stone. It is beneficial for those who suffer with insomnia as it quiets the mind, helping one experience a peaceful sleep. It also enables one to enter a deep meditative state. It can be used to facilitate a higher state of spiritual and emotional self-awareness.

Ganesh is the Hindu God of beginings and is considered the remover of all obstacles, embodiment of wisdom and the God of success. A pendant with Ganesh is believed to bring the wearer good luck

• What are malas? •

I find my malas to be physical representations of my dedication to self-care, energetic and mental well-being. The tangible reminder to invest in calm moments.

For thousands of years, Malas have been used as a meditation tool by religious figures and common peoples alike. Use these meditation beads to count your mantras while meditating or to give yourself something to focus on during a deep breathing session. If you practice yoga, you can place the necklace at the top of your mat (on a scarf to limit floor contact) or wrapped around your wrist to set your intention into your session, allowing the Mala to absorb the energy as you focus on your movement.
