Cutting Board "Family Tree Inlay", 24" x 16" 2024 Black Walnut & Maple

Canadian Handmade Cutting Board, solid furniture grade Black Walnut with a gorgeous maple inlay - a sizeable 24" x 16" x 3/4".

This beautiful solid walnut & maple cutting board / chopping block is lovingly made in Canada, sourced from local lumber mills and personalized right here, in our shop with any name / message / design you require.

TO USE:
Comes pre-treated with food-safe conditioner and food-safe mineral oil so it's ready to 2024 use right away. When you're finished using it, simply rinse off and towel dry any excess liquid. Use a sponge and mild soap to scrub away stubborn particles (ensure both sides are dry to prevent warping).

TO CLEAN:
Monthly, or as needed, apply a food-safe mineral oil to your clean board by hand or with a rag, wiping off the excess after an hour or so, let the board dry on its edges overnight. This will also prevent the board from absorbing water and warping, but more importantly it'll keep germs out of the board for a cooking experience far more hygienic than plastic cutting boards.

WARNING:
Due to the nature of wooden products, this is not dishwasher safe.

Each piece is hand-made from scratch, and to order. All lumber is purchased from local lumber yards, and we personally do all design, woodwork, and finishing in house.

Every design is original, and every piece starts with raw lumber which is milled, cut, glued, engraved, and finished in our workshop in the heart of the Rockies.
