Hand carved from legendary Curly Koa wood. Curly Koa gets its name from the swirly pattern in the stripes of the woodgrain, waves weaving between the light and dark colors creating an almost three-dimensional effect.

Curly Koa is found in only 1% of Koa trees, which are only found on the islands of Hawaii.

This pipe was hand Turned from a single piece of Koa in my shop. Natural finish to highlight and accentuate the traditional beauty and color of native Hawaiian Koa wood.

Each pipe is one-of-a-kind with a shape based on the condition of the original piece of wood and fitted with a metal bowl and screen. All pipes have a smooth matte texture and are engraved with the name of the wood from which it is made. Pipes are brand new, never used, and sanitized before shipping.
