Stunning Vintage Josef Originals California Sakura Oriental Geisha Lusterware Pink & White Flowers Pink 2024 Jewels Fan Kimono Asian

I think unless you have seen one of these figurines in person, you cannot appreciate their true beauty! Standing 10.5" high, this lovely figurine depicts a gorgeous Japanese geisha. The creator captured the silky beauty of this lovely woman. Her skin is quite white and her cheeks are blushed in an amazing contrast. The painting of her eyes and brows really captures her mystical beauty. Her black her is drawn up into the traditional up-do with sparkling pink jewels on either side. Her white kimono outer gown and pink inner gown have a translucent multi-color luster. Her collar lapel is solid gold. The two side fronts of her white gown have a cascade on white raised flowers with pink jewel centers. One flower is missing from each side. This is the first time I have seen a figure by this maker that has add-on flowers. They are usually part of the mold of the figurine. One would need to be creative if one wished to fill those two areas; or one could leave it as is. On one hand, she holds her fan close to her gown. Her other hand is held out away from the gown. This is one of two figurines that came in a set. Finding the other to match would be a fun goal. 2024 Just a beauty of a figurine!

Body Condition: Wonderful vintage condition. No cracks or chips. Two side flowers are missing (see photos). One tiny rub mark on the back of her gown (see photo). Bright colors and glossy.
