Appliqued animals 2024 are framed two-by-two in this collage wall quilt inspired by Kaye England's book, "Quilt Inspirations from Africa". Additional motifs are appliqued trees and footprints, hand- embroidered birds, and beads. The triple border of brown batik, tiny leopard spots and modeled thatch has a floating diamond pattern with more bead work. This wall quilt of soft marsh green would be perfect for a child who is crazy about animals or the Zoo.
