Serendipity Shawl- 2024 Hand Woven Shawl

This colourful shawl is made with three of my favourite yarns to work with- chunky 100% wool from Noro (Japan), and a lace weight 100% blue face leicester yarn from Fleece Artist (Nova Scotia, Canada), and a silk/merino blend from Malabrigo yarns (Peru). This shawl is cozy and warm, and the extra twisted fringe along the long edge adds lots of texture as it extends the colour changes of the Noro yarn as it shifts through all the colours of the rainbow.
Measures 129cm (51in) x 45cm (17.5in) including the wool fringe. Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle, hang or lay flat to dry. Please do not put this shawl in the dryer. 2024
