The model "Trainer" is a design, from the pen of my beloved wife. The idea behind this design is:

This ball is very suitable for pelvic floor training. Holding the individual balls gets the muscles on their toes.
How far can you go? The balls of the middle trainer start with a diameter of 1.5 cm and then increase to 4.5 cm in diameter on the base ball.

For the degree of hardness, I recommend a very soft or soft silicone mixture.
