Vintage Ornate Brass Trinket Box, Hollywood Glam Casket Jewelry Storage, Ormolu Style Vanity Box 2024

This lovely ornate box was a popular way to store jewelry, trinkets, or special items in the 1950's- 1960's.

This oval box has a clear bevel lid with an ornate shell design. The sides are an open patterned brass with legs. Note, I am sending this box as it was found. The legs have tiny bits of green felt glued to the bottom to prevent scratching. I 2024 am leaving them on.

The piece is not marked but possibly a Matson or Stylebuilt.
