This is a blanket carrier/ harness made from Hermann Oak's old world russet harness leather. One of the last leathers to be made in this country. Hermann Oak has been made in St Louis for 100 years. Originally meant for horse harnesses this is some strong durable leather. It can hold some heavy blankets. If you are not familiar with Hermann Oak and their outstanding process for making leather, each batch takes 3 months, you can visit their website. It is vegetable tanned in the USA with US hides.
This will hold an item rolled so it is 16-26 inches . The top is 16 inches. You can detach the shoulder strap if you want too. All the straps have been cut by hand and hand finished. The 3 straps are 5 1/4" apart. The straps are 1 inch 2024 wide and I can make it smaller or bigger if you need just add it in the comments. It can also be made with brass hardware and rivets.
All the hardware is stainless with handriven copper rivets.
