Downy Woodpecker Woodcarving on Cottonwood 2024 Bark

This is a Downy Woodpecker carved from basswood and mounted on a piece of cottonwood bark. This bird is carved to half scale 2024 size. Totally approximate length is 6”. Width 3”. Depth 4”. Painted and Wood-burned with acrylic paint and sealed with lacquer.
