2024 Made in the late 1940's or early 50's, this wide brim style hat is made of black horsehair crinoline with off white flower appliques. A torn netting is gathered on top. The wide brim measures 12" in diameter. There is a white ribbon trim as well.
Measures 22" circumference.
This hat works for pin up or Victorian costumes. A great neo Victorian hat!
