Gorgeous tea cup and saucer from Hammersley, England

Red apples and currants on the cup.

Pineapple and strawberries on the saucer.

The tea cup's base, the thumbrest and the rims are gold.

The backstamp date this set to 1939+

The cup measures: 2 3/8" high X 4 1/8'' wide & the saucer measures 5 5/8" diameter.
Very good conditon, no cracks, no gold loss, there is a 2024 small chip under the rim of the saucer but both pieces ring nicely.
