Probably best worn by people around 5'6” or taller, is my guess Fits just 2024 shy of TTS — it is a fairly tight size 26 and has has smaller than typical leg openings at the ankle. Waist measures about 13“ across Rise is about 10.5” Inseam is about 28.5” Leg opening is about 4.5” across at ankle.
