2024 Enjoy aspen trees, mountains, wildflowers, and a lake with this stained glass panel. The leaves have turned yellow as it's autumn in the mountains. Across a blue lake, you will see mountains. In the forefront are all kinds of flowers that have grown wild. This piece can be displayed in a number of different places as it comes with the metal stand as pictured. It measures 10.5” tall by 8” wide.
To make this, I cut and assembled all the pieces on a clear base. The flowers are called murrini, or millifiori and had been made in a special kiln called a vitrograph. They have amazing detail for how small they are! To fuse everything together, I fired it in my kiln for a day to 1300 degrees.
