HOW TO ORDER:
-Please provide all the information needed for customization in the ''Add your personalization''
box.
-If you have an image you would like to use in your gift card please send it via Etsy message.
-Please ensure that your image is sent a high-resolution JPG, vector AI/PDF file, for better quality.
Choose the size. Click ‘'Add to Cart''.
Enter your email and submit your order.

PROCESSING TIME :
Within 2-3 days of placing the order ( business day), you will receive a digital file, for your approval. Your order won't be printed, before receiving your approval, please check your messages more often.
Orders can't be changed after you have approved them.
Order processing time is currently up to 5 working days after customers have approved the digital file of the product.

SHIPPING:
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class (with no tracking information) as standard shipping.

REFUNDS&TERMS:
-Colours may vary slightly, depending on the resolution of your screen.
-Personalized items can't be refunded.

DELIVERY:
Once your order is dispatched, I can't hold responsibility for delivery delays.
Please be aware of possible delays during the busiest times of the year, such as Christmas, Bank Holiday, and others, even due to the COVID there may be slight delays, so please understand!
No refunds will be issued for delivery delays.
