The cuff is fully adjustable and flexible enough by bending to make it tighter or looser, as needed to fit most wrist sizes. We recommend ordering a size 0.5 to 0.75 inch larger than your actual wrist size.

Sizing are as follow:

XS: bracelet's circumference is 6"
S: bracelet's circumference is 6.5"
M: bracelet's circumference is 7"
L: bracelet's circumference is 7.5"
XL: bracelet's circumference is 8"
