Blue Lotus Vintage Kimono 2024 Silk Scarf

2024 Periwinkle blue intricately woven kimono silk scarf with handpainted lotus motif in vivid colors. Motif is highlighted with gold embroidery. Extra long length: 62" length x 6" width.

I got inspired to create these scarves when a friend gave me pieces of vintage kimono silk. I love color and the beautiful silks begged to be made into one-of-a-kind scarves. I spend hours playing with the silk pieces to design scarves that showcase the integrity of the fabrics. Then, I lovingly sew them on my mother's 1942 Singer sewing machine.
