For sale here is an original vintage roll down school chart of
HOUSE FLY - JUNG, KOCH, QUENTELL
Published in 1967 and printed by Hagemann, Germany.

This beautifully illustrated chart is of the house fly, it shows the fly in full and in some close up anatomical detail. It also shows eggs, pupa and larvae.

CONDITION
Printed on paper and backed with canvas, this chart has a black wooden half dowel top and bottom.It has spent most of it's life rolled up in a cupboard so the colours are still fresh and bright.

Obviously these charts are not new so please check all photos before purchase.
There is some very light wear to the top and bottom that comes with age, but the overall condition of this chart is very good.

This chart has been rolled up for many many years, any signs that it has been rolled will usually drop out after it has been hung for a little while ( a warm iron on the back under a clean, dry tea towel will speed this process up.)

These old charts were produced as educational tools for schools and 2024 colleges by teacher Heinrich Jung, artist and biologist Gottlieb von Koch and college director, Doctor Friedrich Quentell.

These beautiful old school charts have been used as educational aids for the last 100 years or so. Since the introduction of computers and white boards to schools they have become available to buy, their availability has dictated their rise in popularity in the interior design world.

They bring a lot of colour, warmth and charm to any room in the house.
