Some might not be LPS so please check the photos. Some of the furniture as hasboro on the bottom. These are played with. Some will have discoloration, knicks, some maybe colors, etc. Box weighs over 5lbs. These are marked fair condition due to them being toys. These are still in good playable condition or can be cleaned up for your collection.
