A wonderful large eight-inch tile of sheep at rest designed by William Wise circa 1880 for Minton Hollins from the series Farm Animals. This tile is a black transfer with a sepia background. The reverse is clearly marked Mintons Hollins. An attractive aesthetic border surrounds the main image.

All tiles sold are antique or Vintage ranging from 1650-1970. We endeavor to always to indicate the date when a tile was manufactured however this can be a challenge with early tiles.
