All original parts are still here (minus the screw 2024 that holds the top part over the battery down but you don't need it for it to work and you could probably easily find another screw to replace it), the shark is battery operated (c battery), is in good shape but does show typical signs of wear and tear for it's age and all in all is super cute to play or to just collect and is a cool piece of history :).
