Oloid black stoneware clay solo 2024

2024 A medium oloid (13cm long) in stoneware fired black clay. The unglazed surface texture is reminiscent of black grained leather. This individual looks equally impressive in the garden, at a pond edge, on a plinth or indoors disalyed as a statement sculpture and they make for great family groups. Fired to 1220 C the clay is fully vitrified and frostproof for year round outdoor display. See my other oloid listings for different sizes and finishes.
