Comes with 3 inserts the stabilizer, the maintainer, the relaxer, & 3 cushion inserts to wear on top the support if you choose. They fit sz 5.5 to approx 8.5. work on flip-flops held by little velcro circles that are removable included. the system works on tennis shoes slippers work boots high heels.etc they 2024 also come with instructions on how to use each support they also work on flat-footed to hirer arched feet.
