Live plants cast in plaster acquire incredible tenderness and grace. My works are made to bring the refinement and beauty of the creations of nature to the living and working spaces.
The imprints of the plants are cast in solid plaster with the addition of bronze wax. Each plaster casting is unique and contains in itself a portrait of a plant that is forever imprinted to bring you joy.
The tile has a hole in the back for hanging with a nail.
Since all works are done entirely by hand, it is possible that they have small flaws, shells, pigment particles and even tiny parts of plants. I hope you can enjoy the unique imperfections born during 2024 this unpredictable but delightful process of creating a botanical bas relief.
