The mother board has been gently brushed with alcohol and air dusted. The old dried out thermal pads have been replaced with fresh new ones. The old dried cracked thermal paste has been replaced with fresh new Artic MX-4 thermal paste. Why buy a "tested" unit when you can get a freshly serviced PlayStation 3! Note: the previous owner was not careful at removing the warranty label and made a minor mess at the warranty label location.
