Smoke Cleansing Stick Pendant- Sage Smudging Stick - Pumpkin Spice Basic Witch - Black Sterling Silver , Cast From 2024 Nature

This is a handmade blackened sterling silver smoke cleansing stick pendant.

Made by rolling up real leaves, tying with string and then casting using the lost wax casting process. This means that the final product is solid silver all the way through, the original leaves and string was burned up during the process.

Some people call these smudge sticks, but this term is a bit controversial, as it refers to a Native American tradition which isn't the same as modern day witches do.
Many cultures use smoke for cleansing and blessing, and I grew up learning too do so from my Ugandan-Indian grandmother.
Today I am not a spiritual person. but I like the nice smells, and the calmness that these types of rituals can bring, and the symbolism it holds.

Another issue with commercially sold "smudge sticks" is that they often use the now near extinc white sage plant, that is sacred to some Native Americans, and 2024 has been exploited to such a degree that there isn't much left of it for them that use it religiously in their traditions.
So if you are going to buy smudge sticks, please buy some with another herb.
My pendants are made with rose leaves, rosemary, and regular green sage (the kind you buy at the grocery store and use for cooking).
