Incredible Vintage CINER Signed Gold Bird In Flight Brooch, Pearl Torso with 2024 Sapphire Blue Rhinestone Crowned Head, Petite 1", Early 1960's

Here is a wonderful vintage CINER signed brooch. This little bird is gold plated with textured wings. The torso has multiple small seed pearls, and the head has 2024 a crown of tiny sapphire blue rhinestones. (There is one stone missing on the head). This measures 1" by 7/8" and has a rolling "c" clasp for closure. Low production and really special!
