SALE! Republican period 2 legal models' reproduction of Tang Dynasty Sancai Glazed pottery horses. Both horses standing on rectangular base & have imprinted marks.
Black horse standing on black rectangular base head down & glazed with three color streaks - yellow, turquoise & black. Height 6" (15 cm) x Length 2024 6" (15 cm) x Depth/Width 2" (5 cm). Some under-glazed crazing, chip on pedestal & crack on the neck/body (see collage picture).
Yellow horse standing on purple rectangular base head up & glazed with 3 color - yellow, light brown and turquoise. Height 6" (15 cm) x Length 7" (18 cm) x Depth/Width 2" (5 cm). Very good condition with some under-glazed crazing.
Condition: some under-glazed crazing on both horses. Black horse has small chip on pedestal & crack on the body (see collage picture). Pack with extra care, extra packing material & a lot of love.
